You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows for document processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale structured and unstructured data assets, ensuring quality for training.
• Develop tools for data annotation and synthetic data generation to support model development.
• Design and implement training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor and improve model performance through continuous evaluation and retraining.
• Automate ML and data workflows for efficiency and reliability in cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Practical experience with ML or data processing frameworks like PyTorch and Spark.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP).
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
