You will develop core technology and new product capabilities as an ML specialist within a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models to support engineering teams and provide visibility into endpoint health.
• Collaborate across multiple engineering and research teams to design and build new platform capabilities.
• Deliver functional requirements from ideation to production or manage the production of models and science systems.
• Collect, build, and tailor large datasets for training purposes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• Proven expertise in designing, training, and evaluating models.
• Experience with API-based LLMs.
• Experience with dataset collection and tailoring for machine learning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across research and product teams.
• Master’s Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience leading the development of generative models and their applications.
• Expertise in natural language processing and developing transformer-based language models.
• Experience with model parallelism for large neural network architectures.
