You will design, train, and evaluate machine learning models to support engineering teams and drive new product capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models to monitor endpoint health and enhance platform capabilities.
• Deliver functional requirements from ideation through to production deployment.
• Collect, build, and tailor large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate across engineering and research teams to integrate ML solutions into product pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• Proven expertise in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Hands-on experience with API-based LLMs.
• Strong background in dataset collection and tailoring for machine learning workflows.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with research and product teams.
• Master’s Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience leading the development of generative models and their applications.
• Expertise in natural language processing and developing transformer-based language models.
