Description

You will design, implement, and deploy machine learning systems and generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design ML systems and implement algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and select appropriate techniques.
• Build data and model pipelines ensuring transparency and governance.
• Lead AI solution implementation using Microsoft AI services.
• Run ML tests, experiments, and rapid proof-of-concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python or C#.
• Expertise with deep learning frameworks for NLP and foundation models (PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn).
• Strong foundation in math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Practical knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD in model lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitLab.
• Experience with data engineering and data science workflows.
