Description

You will design high-level solution architectures and lead the development, testing, and assessment of predictive models to optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy statistical ML and NLP models, including regression, classification, and transformer-based architectures.
• Architect solutions by translating client needs into technical requirements and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure delivery cadence and code quality.
• Lead technical discussions regarding project updates, risks, and blockers.
• Implement research papers and integrate new engineering best practices into existing solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and operationalization.
• Proficiency in Python with strong class-based coding skills and adherence to coding standards.
• Expertise in statistical ML, NLP (embeddings, transformers, clustering), and deep learning architectures.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and processing large datasets.
• Strong understanding of MLOps basics, including model training, monitoring, and retraining.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud-based web services architecture.
• Ability to implement analytical toolkits such as Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, and Multivariate Regression.
• Experience with Python, SQL, GCP, AWS, Azure, Tableau, and Looker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Hands-on experience in the healthcare domain.
• Experience using Databricks for model development and PySpark for data processing.
