Build and maintain production-grade machine learning systems, focusing on predictive modeling, deployment, and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models using regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
• Design AI/ML/NLP innovations compliant with cybersecurity policies.
• Build and maintain ML systems, focusing on production deployment, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitLab, and GitLab Runner for automated testing and security scans.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story refinement, estimation, and sprint reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall experience in Software/IT.
• 5+ years focused on Data Analysis and Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven expertise with AWS services: Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, SQS, and SNS.
• Experience with Image Transformer models for document understanding (e.g., DiT).
• Proven experience creating Terraform configurations and using GitLab Runner for deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to use self-supervised learning techniques for pre-training models on large text/image data.
• Hands-on experience applying Transformer models to Document AI tasks.
• Solid understanding of image processing techniques, including OpenCV usage.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Java, SpringBoot, Spring/JPA, and Hibernate/MyBatis ORM frameworks.
