Description

You will develop and maintain core mainframe applications using Assembler and COBOL, owning the full application development lifecycle from code optimization to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize application code using Assembler and COBOL.
• Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations.
• Mentor junior team members by answering technical questions and teaching improved processes.
• Plan the delivery of technical solutions and guide team competence.
• Manage application development through established methodologies and tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Recent, hands-on experience with Assembler.
• Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and MQ.
• Strong understanding of mainframe infrastructure.
• Experience within Credit, Debit, or Financial domains.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Intertest.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies.
