Description

You will own mainframe production support, troubleshooting, and legacy migration initiatives for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across enterprise applications.
• Participate in migration planning and modernization strategy development.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute across the SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Mainframe experience.
• Deep proficiency in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, and DB2.
• Experience with IBM MQ, Zeke, and ChangeMan.
• Proven track record in Mainframe Production Support and Troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or Distributed Technologies.
• Product Development Life Cycle experience.
