Description

You will drive development efforts within Mainframe environments, specifically focused on Property and Casualty Insurance systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Apply domain knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance processes to technical requirements.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks both independently and within a team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Mainframe development experience.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Proficiency in JCL.
• Proficiency in DB2.
• Deep understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance domain processes.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Policy Management Systems (PMS).
