Description

You will own the architecture, development, and maintenance of Mainframe CICS systems while leading automated eligibility determination initiatives for federal and state mandates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Mainframe CICS system architectures and recommend enhancements.
• Elicit business requirements from customers and define technical standards for new direction.
• Interpret, design, and implement federal and state mandates in Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, policies, and processes.
• Lead a development team and participate in issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with automated eligibility determination systems (SNAP, TANF, Benefits, Benefit Recovery).
• 3+ years of experience providing subject matter expertise on Mainframe CICS system architectures.
• 6+ years of experience eliciting business requirements directly from customers.
• 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• 6+ years of experience interpreting and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics using relational databases, specifically SQL Server and MySQL.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibility and economic assistance policies.
• Experience leading a development team.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
