You will manage and develop core systems within a mainframe environment, ensuring stability and performance of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications to support business operations.
• Manage and optimize DB2 database operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members through clear technical communication to resolve complex issues.
• Own the lifecycle of mainframe systems from development to production support.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices in all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on Mainframe experience.
• Strong experience working with DB2, including optimization and management.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe modernization or migration projects.
