Description

You will lead mainframe project delivery and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust mainframe technical solutions.
• Act as technical lead to guide project execution and ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the codebase.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage technical requirements and client interactions directly.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mainframe development.
• Expert proficiency in Mainframe COBOL.
• Strong experience with CICS and VSAM.
• Solid knowledge of JCL and IBM Mainframe Utilities.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Banking and Finance.
