Description

You will lead the transformation of a critical IBM z/OS environment, owning automation initiatives and integrating mainframe systems with cloud platforms while ensuring zero-downtime operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives within the z/OS environment.
• Integrate mainframe systems with cloud platforms.
• Ensure zero-downtime operations during system transformations.
• Implement GitOps workflows for mainframe CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with z/OS.
• Expertise in CICS and DB2.
• Proficiency in RACF modernization and high availability setups.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and Ansible for z/OS.
• Knowledge of zCX and SIEM integration.
