Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead application-level migration from VSE 6.2 to z/OS 3.2
✅ Own development, testing, integration, and migration activities
✅ Analyze and modernize legacy Mainframe applications
✅ Work across VSE and z/OS environments
✅ Troubleshoot migration issues and drive technical resolutions
✅ Collaborate with client stakeholders and partner technical teams
✅ Provide technical status updates and participate in migration discussions
✅ Support a multi-phase Mainframe modernization program
✅ Serve as a hands-on technical liaison between client, Dell/partner teams, and delivery teams

🔹 Strong IBM Mainframe experience
🔹 Hands-on VSE & z/OS experience
🔹 Direct VSE-to-z/OS migration experience – REQUIRED
🔹 Mainframe application modernization/migration
