Description

You will manage the technical performance and availability of utility installations on a pharmaceutical site in Haarlem.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize installation availability by planning and analyzing corrective and preventive maintenance for Clean steam, Purified water, Water for injection, and HVAC systems.
  • Execute root-cause analysis for complex malfunctions and manage GMP reporting and follow-up.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance activities in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate external suppliers and supervise technical modifications to improve system operation.
  • Train colleagues on installation use, system operations, and internal work processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
  • HBO working and thinking level with a course in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills for maintenance and breakdown analysis.
  • Ability to work according to GMP and safety guidelines.
  • Proficient command of written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on mentality for technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Physics, or Technical Business Administration.
