Lead end-to-end analytical projects to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the full analytical lifecycle, including requirement collection, project planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to perform root cause analysis on business problems.
• Partner with marketing, finance, and content teams to track performance and address complex business challenges.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leadership and technical teams.
• Conceptualize and execute analyses regarding customer behavior and needs to improve value propositions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting.
• Advanced SQL skills for independent data extraction and database querying.
• Expert-level Excel skills with a proven track record.
• Advanced experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Proficiency with Microstrategy.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Working knowledge of AWS environments.
• Understanding of A/B testing, statistics, and modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with membership, subscription-based, or media content businesses.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, SAS, or Adobe Analytics.
