Responsibilities

• Manage data center operations, support functions, and cloud VM environments.
• Direct team management efforts to ensure operational stability.
• Execute data center migration projects and manage cloud infrastructure transitions.
• Oversee vendor management, audit processes, and risk management protocols.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of experience in Data Center Operations and Support Functions.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Azure and Data Center Migration.
• Deep technical experience with AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Proven track record in Team Management and Vendor Management.
• Experience handling Audit and Risk Management.

Preferred Skills

• Background working within the life insurance or financial services sectors.
