Responsibilities

  • Design and execute people strategies that enable business priorities and support leadership goals.
  • Lead initiatives covering employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and compensation planning.
  • Predict talent needs and implement pipelining strategies to build employee career trajectories.
  • Deliver talent movement plans using performance-potential matrices across all roles.
  • Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and model inclusive leadership principles.
  • Interpret KPIs to monitor leadership performance and design action plans for team transformation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role.
  • Expertise in performance management, training, compensation, attrition, and leadership development.
  • Proven experience serving in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
  • Ability to partner effectively both within and outside of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of technology businesses and familiarity with global HR practices and policies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
