Responsibilities
- Design and execute people strategies that enable business priorities and support leadership goals.
- Lead initiatives covering employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and compensation planning.
- Predict talent needs and implement pipelining strategies to build employee career trajectories.
- Deliver talent movement plans using performance-potential matrices across all roles.
- Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and model inclusive leadership principles.
- Interpret KPIs to monitor leadership performance and design action plans for team transformation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Expertise in performance management, training, compensation, attrition, and leadership development.
- Proven experience serving in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
- Ability to partner effectively both within and outside of HR functions.
- Knowledge of technology businesses and familiarity with global HR practices and policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
