Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a software development team across product and platform releases.
• Design and develop scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Mentor junior engineers to improve technical skills and productivity.
• Communicate with technical teams and management to gather requirements and define features.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery meeting customer expectations.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, and J2EE.
• Experience with Java Cloud and Java Web Services.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, highly available software systems.
• Strong knowledge of system design and distributed architecture.
• Experience managing multiple product and platform releases.
• Proven people management and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• 11+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
• Experience in object-oriented design principles for complex software.
