Description

Lead analytics initiatives and manage a team of 3-6 analysts to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior product leaders to define KPIs and targets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytical projects and recommendations.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to drive business outcomes.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing technical mentorship and strategic direction.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in projects to lead and contribute directly to technical outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in business intelligence or analytics management.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sisense.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, value tradeoffs, and prioritization.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team while maintaining technical hands-on involvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Statistical analysis and data wrangling using Python or R.
