Good to Have Skills: Working knowledge of Investigation process, SWIFT, ISO 20022 formats, ALM, qTest, Octane, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with large scale projects test management, executive reporting and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bridge the stakeholders including Product and Operations teams with technical teams to ensure effective communication.
• Input requirements into JIRA and participate in OpCo, Design Reviews, PI activities, and project meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the development process.
• Participate in test scenario reviews of SQA and UAT testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Work closely with testing teams and review test results while providing necessary inputs.
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Participate in daily Scrum calls to manage backlog and clarify domain or project related queries.
• Provide training to operations team on scheduled changes and manage defect resolution processes.
• Interface with senior stakeholders across Technology and Operations organizations to gain appropriate agreements.
• Handle project governance activities including comprehensive reporting to management and stakeholders.

Experience Required: 5-10 years of experience in projects, production support activities and payment operations. Cross functional experience with strong business analysis, problem solving, quality management and organizational skills.
