Senior Manager, Corporate Actions - Income Processing

You will lead the income processing and corporate actions function, ensuring operational efficiency and strict adherence to risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and supervisory oversight for GBM business lines, focusing on trade life cycle management and entitlement events.
• Drive operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities, defining business requirements, and implementing testing and conversion strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team through succession planning and inclusive people management strategies.
• Mitigate operational, regulatory, AML/ATF, and conduct risks by ensuring adherence to established control frameworks and policies.
• Resolve complex, multi-faceted problems and negotiate with stakeholders to meet business needs and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, including coaching and training.
• Expertise in trade life cycle management and entitlement events.
• Strong understanding of AML/ATF frameworks and regulatory compliance risk management.
• Ability to manage complex project plans from proposal through to implementation.
• Capability to operate independently under tight deadlines and make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Experience supporting cash products across GBM and Wealth business lines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder negotiation and consensus building.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Client ADP and Impact platforms.
