Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with sales, customer service, and lending business processes.
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, and JavaScript-based CRM customizations.
• Contribute to CRM data architecture, entity design, relationships, security models, and data quality practices.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver maintainable CRM solutions.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support enhancements through the application lifecycle.

Skills Required:

• 2 to 7 years of overall experience, including substantial experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong experience developing CRM workflows and plugins.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for CRM form, field, and client-side customizations.
• Understanding of CRM data architecture, entity modeling, relationships, and solution design.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, API integration, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Education : BE / B.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in a relevant discipline
