Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale a global Data & AI Center of Excellence (COE).
• Manage teams across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and solution delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery and support of enterprise data and AI solutions.
• Drive Generative AI and LLM-based solution implementation and deployment.
• Ensure effective use of MLOps practices for AI solution delivery.
• Establish and maintain data engineering and data modeling standards.
• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps and deliver business outcomes.
• Ensure reliable operations, governance, security, and performance of data and AI platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Data & AI services.

Experience Required:

• 15 - 22 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Data & AI solution delivery.
• Strong experience leading large data and AI/ML teams.
• Hands-on understanding of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, and Service Management is preferred.
