Description

You will lead data engineering and AI/ML initiatives for healthcare applications, owning the full lifecycle from model design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, clinical decision support, and intelligent automation.
• Build scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-native infrastructure with strict data governance and quality controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers and AI specialists.
• Ensure secure handling of healthcare data, adhering to HL7, FHIR, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to align data initiatives with business goals.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI/ML solution development.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in data and AI domains.
• Strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of data governance, quality management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and AI integration in SaaS platforms.
