Description

You will lead the design, development, and operationalization of the modular data and analytics platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, reusable data platforms and define technical architectures for data products.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of data engineers.
• Partner with data architects to define technical architectures and advise on data governance and quality assurance.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and effort estimation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL processes.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services for data storage, processing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Experience with data warehouse design and implementation.
• Strong team leadership, mentoring, and coaching experience.
• Experience with data modeling, analytics, and governance practices.
