Description

Lead data migration for a large-scale Endur ETRM greenfield implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document data migration requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Analyze current-state data sources, data models, and business processes to ensure accurate mapping to the Endur platform.
• Develop detailed data mapping documentation between legacy systems and Endur.
• Define and execute data migration test plans, including validation scripts, reconciliation reports, and user acceptance criteria.
• Work with technical teams to define extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects.
• Direct experience with Endur ETRM systems, including data models and integration requirements.
• Background in greenfield Endur ETRM implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL tools, methodologies, and large-scale complex data migrations.
• Domain knowledge of energy trading and risk management, including trading, risk analysis, and settlements.
• Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and their integration with ETRM systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines.
