Description

You will lead a team of software and DevOps engineers to build internal tools for over 11,000 global users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead creation, automation, and deployment of solutions to boost engineering productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain operational excellence through automation.
• Own KPIs for service stability, performance, and root cause analysis in production.
• Develop, implement, and tune monitoring and alerting systems.
• Ensure technical and architectural integrity across all products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working on cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• Proficiency in Python or Typescript.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in lean and agile development methodologies.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Skilled in team management, including hiring and performance management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Github Copilot and Datadog.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools.
