Description

You will lead demand planning efforts for core business units, managing traffic, units, and GMV forecasts across multiple time horizons.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute units and GMV planning for specific business units at varying product granularities and time horizons.
• Manage business-as-usual and major event planning, including Big Billion Days.
• Perform daily and weekly root cause analysis regarding business unit performance.
• Collaborate with supply and inventory planning teams to optimize speed and inventory levels while maintaining cost metrics.
• Partner with category and finance teams to validate business interventions and align forecasts with leadership.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in planning or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
• Strong background in forecasting and supply chain management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and aligning cross-functional teams for business decisions.
• Deep understanding of business and supply chain operations within an e-commerce context.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• BTech or MBA degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using R for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python.
