Description

Lead the design and development of automated planning tools while managing a team of IT professionals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of user interfaces and services with business partners.
• Manage and develop a team of 5-10 IT professionals, handling HR administration and performance feedback.
• Oversee the full SDLC to ensure all configuration and development changes follow established controls.
• Drive improvements in DevOps processes, standards, and application development disciplines including QA.
• Document code and implement code quality tools to maintain high development standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• 3+ years of web or mobile development experience using ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, and JavaScript.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
• 12 months of experience working within Agile development environments.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Proven ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
• Experience managing solution delivery, work requests, and project management disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with consulting partners across multiple locations.
