Roles & Responsibilities:
- Run global support operations to meet SLAs, improve uptime, and drive incident/problem/change management with end-to-end restoration.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams while setting clear expectations and performance standards.
- Own support strategy and roadmaps by aligning priorities to business outcomes and long-term platform health.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, automation/AI, and process standardization while managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Deliver enhancements, integrations, and large-scale programs/projects with predictable agile execution and quality standards.
- Provide technical and architectural oversight to ensure solutions meet standards, security, and operational requirements.
- Facilitate scrum practices focusing on technical delivery, ensuring that products are built on robust, scalable models.
- Manage multiple teams providing guidance and support to ensure operational success across different IT specialties.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define IT strategy and roadmaps, aligning technological initiatives with business priorities.
- Foster a positive and innovative IT culture that aligns with organizational values and promotes continuous learning.
Experience Required: 14+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in SAP SCM, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience. Any relevant IT Certification preferred
