Lead global IT support operations, strategic roadmaps, and team development for SAP SCM and related platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run global support operations to meet SLAs, improve uptime, and drive incident, problem, and change management.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams while setting clear expectations and performance standards.
• Own support strategy and roadmaps by aligning priorities to business outcomes and long-term platform health.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics, automation, and process standardization while managing budgets.
• Deliver enhancements, integrations, and large-scale programs with predictable agile execution.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in SAP SCM.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• IT Project Management and Application Support expertise.
• Agile Execution and Scrum facilitation.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making.
• Supply Chain Management domain knowledge.
• Technical and architectural oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
