Description

Lead ERP application support for Oracle and JD Edwards, owning production stability, incident management, and vendor coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP support processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle and JD Edwards.
• Manage ERP support teams and managed service providers, ensuring SLA attainment and optimal delivery.
• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volume.
• Coordinate with business process owners to prioritize enhancements, defects, and system migrations.
• Ensure compliance with IT controls, SOX, GxP, and cybersecurity protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems in large-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle ERP and JD Edwards platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
• Experience managing IT service management operations and vendor performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead support teams and coordinate with external service partners.
• Ability to define support operating models, coverage strategies, and governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SOX compliance, GxP standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with automation, process standardization, and master data management.
• Background in cybersecurity awareness and root cause analysis expertise.
