Description

Lead the strategic direction for insights and analysis to meet people-based marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the team and own the overall insights and analysis discipline.
• Liaise with other channels to ensure an integrated response to marketing objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts through active leadership and team management.
• Generate strategic recommendations and present results persuasively to clients.
• Guide the team in applying optimization algorithms to solve business problems.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing measurement and attribution.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in R (tidyverse, LME4/lmertest, plotly/ggplot2) or Python for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for data handling and manipulation.
• Expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Ability to perform statistical tests and analyze complex marketing data.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
