Description

Lead the development and launch of core mobile features while managing a team of 10+ engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure successful product launches.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage technical engineers, setting clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Collaborate with product and senior management to define long-term technology roadmaps and technical visions.
• Drive discussions on system architecture, component design, and software development lifecycles.
• Optimize business and engineering metrics in coordination with product and analytics teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more engineers.
• Proven experience building native mobile applications.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java or Kotlin.
• Experience building high-volume, transactional, consumer-facing systems.
• Experience managing releases via the Android Play Store.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including unit tests and automation.
• Proficiency with distributed version control systems, specifically Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related domain.
