Description

You will lead the data insights function within the global IT department to drive organizational decision-making through reporting and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysis professionals, managing their skill development and delivery capabilities.
• Own the mechanisms used to capture, validate, and visualize data sources.
• Design and manage the reporting cycle to deliver operational, portfolio, and headcount data to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with management to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Provide data regarding operational and portfolio performance to support key IT decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading data engineering or reporting teams.
• Extensive experience with PowerBI and data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design, database management, and data processing technologies.
• Proven ability to present complex insights to VP-level partners and senior leadership.
• High attention to detail regarding data integrity and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Data Science or a related field.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
• Knowledge of Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management.
