Description

You will lead and manage strategic projects across global and regional supply chain teams, partnering with Quality, Process Development, and manufacturing sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and implement projects to increase efficiency and performance within the cell therapy supply chain.
• Establish project team structures and resource requirements to meet specific deliverables.
• Develop integrated project plans to communicate interdependencies and critical path activities across workstreams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and key leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and manage administrative coordination, including team calendars and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Deep understanding of project management processes, procedures, and methodology.
• Expertise in project management technology and tools.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
• Ability to manage complexity and impact outcomes without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience based on education level).

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational or Project Change Management.
• 8+ years of project management experience in a GxP environment.
• Project Management (PMP) Certification.
