Lead a team of entry-level to mid-level engineers in delivering cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, oversight, and coaching for software engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Kubernetes.
• Experience leading technologists in cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Agile Methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to provide input on budget, approach, and technical considerations.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
