Description

Own the bridge between Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure effective communication, requirement clarity, and successful delivery of payment operations projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Bridge stakeholders including Product and Operations teams with technical teams to ensure effective communication.
• Input requirements into JIRA and participate in OpCo, Design Reviews, PI activities, and project meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the development process.
• Participate in test scenario reviews of SQA and UAT testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Handle project governance activities including comprehensive reporting to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in projects, production support activities, and payment operations.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA, Business Analysis, Agile Methodology, and Project Management.
• Experience with GIN Application and UAT Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Stakeholder management and requirements analysis skills.
• Testing management and risk management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Investigation process, SWIFT, and ISO 20022 formats.
• Familiarity with ALM, qTest, Octane.
