Description

You will lead the Procure to Pay operations team, managing a group of approximately 20 people.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team operations, including hiring forecasts, performance management, and project leadership.
• Own the Accounts Payable process, handling document management, invoice processing, and vendor maintenance.
• Oversee Procurement Buyer responsibilities, including PO creation, amendments, and invoice resolution within SLAs.
• Ensure all activities meet agreed timelines, KPIs, and process controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing roles, preferably with indirect services.
• Proficiency in SAP and COUPA ERP systems.
• Experience managing a team of around 20 people.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable and procurement activities.
• Ability to create MIS reports and dashboards.
• Skills in contract reading to interpret various clauses.
• Experience handling escalations and ensuring process controls are in place.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with multiple enterprise systems beyond SAP and COUPA.
