Lead multi-channel demand generation and marketing automation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and third-party listing platforms like G2, TrustRadius, and Capterra.
Design and automate email marketing workflows and lead nurturing sequences using Marketo and similar tools.
Manage campaign execution through A/B testing, lead scoring, and performance monitoring of web and social channels including Google and LinkedIn.
Build and monitor KPI dashboards to track campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for revenue optimization.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to optimize revenue funnels and support customer cross-sell and up-sell efforts.
Required Skills
6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically within the SaaS or technology industry.
Hands-on experience designing and automating email campaigns using Marketo or HubSpot.
Proven track record managing PPC and LinkedIn paid social campaigns.
Deep understanding of Salesforce integration, including data syncing and field mapping with marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, and Salesforce.
Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Experience with marketing technology integrations, analytics, and automation workflows.
Ability to conduct financial and performance analysis to support marketing activities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a tech startup environment.
Marketing background in BPO, contact center software, or digital customer service industries.
