Description

Lead large-scale program delivery and portfolio management within the telecom domain. You will own the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering through warranty, ensuring successful execution and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and warranty phases.
• Own portfolio resource planning, covering people, infrastructure, and liaison requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to provide governance for complex engagements.
• Execute transition activities for large-scale transformations to reach steady-state operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with senior client executives to align delivery with business interests.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Project and Program Delivery.
• Deep expertise in the Telecom domain.
• Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS delivery.
• Proven track record as a Delivery Lead for large-scale engagements.
• Ability to perform complex analysis and synthesize unstructured data for client scrutiny.
• Experience in portfolio analysis and resource management.
• Proficiency in risk management and delivery governance.
• Strong capability in managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
