Lead the automation infrastructure team to deliver scalable testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the automation infrastructure team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Playwright for UI and API testing.
• Develop strategies to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and operations teams to align automation efforts with business goals.
• Establish best practices for automation testing, reporting, and logging processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years in quality assurance with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing automation teams.
• Strong expertise in Playwright for both UI and API testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API testing frameworks.
• Experience with JUnit and SuperTest.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling, Artillery, JMeter, or LoadUI.
