You will drive revenue growth by selling ACL Digital Data CRO/FSP services to the Pharma and Medical Device industries.
Responsibilities
Execute direct sales of clinical and statistical services, including SAS programming, data management, biostatistics, regulatory, QA, and PV.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve $2 million in net new annual revenue.
Build and manage a sales funnel for consulting, staffing, and FSP solutions in the US.
Forecast new and renewal sales on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
Negotiate contracts and bids in conjunction with the strategic business group and manage sales operations including SOW, MSA, invoicing, and collections.
Required Skills
5 to 8 years of direct selling experience to small, mid, and large CROs.
Proven track record of managing $3M - $4M in annual sales with multi-year bookings.
Deep understanding of clinical development, data management, regulatory submissions, and pharmacovigilance.
Experience with bid processes and contract negotiation.
Proficiency in using CRM tools to track opportunity progress.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Existing professional connections with decision-makers in the CRO industry.
BA or BS in Science, Business, or Marketing.
