Lead SEO strategy and execution for five web hosting brands across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive performance and meet KPIs.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate with engineering to optimize site architecture, crawlability, and page speed.
• Manage content optimization by implementing keyword strategies and working with marketing teams on high-quality content.
• Execute organic video strategies for platforms like YouTube and social media, including metadata and tag optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists while analyzing performance metrics to present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SEO experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing SEO for large-scale websites.
• Deep understanding of SEO algorithms, ranking factors, and Answer Engine Optimization.
• Expertise in using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
• Experience building video, blog, social, and UGC content programs.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and translating it into strategy.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Background in the web hosting or tech industry.
