Description

Lead the Solution Engineering team in Tbilisi, aligning technical offerings with customer requirements to drive demonstrations and proof-of-concept strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage an SE strategy aligned with corporate leadership vision.
• Coach, mentor, and grow the sales engineering team.
• Build productive relationships with prospects, customers, and Enterprise sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Sales Operations to influence strategic decisions.
• Align technical offerings with prospect and customer requirements to drive demonstration and proof-of-concept strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or management role.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Observability, Log Management, or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency with Splunk, Devo, Qradar, or Exabeam.
• Experience with C/C++, Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
