Description

You will build, lead, and scale the SRE organization while owning the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise business applications and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, mentoring, and organizational development for a high-performing engineering team.
• Define and implement SRE best practices including SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and incident management frameworks.
• Drive end-to-end incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation to improve system resilience.
• Own infrastructure cost management, capacity planning, and financial forecasting for financial systems.
• Lead modernization efforts migrating legacy environments to modern infrastructure with an automation-first mindset.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• 4+ years of hands-on troubleshooting across Unix/Linux, networking, and Windows environments.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Apps, Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle Data Guard.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Shell Scripting for automation and tooling.
• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes for infrastructure-as-code and containerization.
• Experience defining technology vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Chef configuration management, Azure Log Analytics, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Background in distributed systems architecture, cloud services, and Agile methodologies.
