Lead and grow engineering managers and senior technical leaders while building a high-performance culture grounded in clarity, accountability, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Own organizational design, capacity planning, career paths, and succession planning for a multi-team organization.
• Define the technical roadmap for the experience layer, including design system evolution, front-end platforms, BFF/API orchestration, performance optimization, accessibility, SEO, and experimentation.
• Drive predictable delivery across multiple teams using metrics like lead time, change failure rate, uptime, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility defects.
• Own the Design System, including tokens, components, theming, documentation, and governance processes.
• Oversee the architecture of front-end platforms, Backend for Frontend services, CDN/edge infrastructure, and caching strategies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proven experience leading UX Design and integrating design systems.
• Deep knowledge of Web Components and GraphQL implementation.
• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS and Azure.
• Ability to translate product roadmaps into sequenced, measurable milestones.
• Familiarity with driving CI/CD best practices and test automation.
• Experience scaling front-end architecture across multiple teams.
