Description

Lead the engineering team in designing scalable solutions and delivering high-quality software across development, testing, and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership, mentorship, and work prioritization for Software Engineers, Test Automation, and DevOps staff.
• Participate in design and code review sessions to enforce engineering quality standards.
• Collaborate with business units to define requirements and architect technical solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using AWS cloud platforms.
• Communicate project status and quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS, for infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC frameworks, including backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Proven ability in team leadership, mentoring, and functional guidance across dev and operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to report progress and quality issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting vendor partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
