Lead product development and oversee end-to-end engineering deliverables for complex software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering teams by providing technical guidance, feedback, and career development.
• Coordinate with product, design, and quality teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Direct daily activities of the development team, ensuring code quality and delivery velocity.
• Drive continuous improvement by designing testing strategies and automating tests.
• Manage departmental resources, staffing, and mentoring to maintain engineering excellence.

Required Skills

• 14+ years in software product engineering, including 5+ years in a technical management role.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Java.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert-level REST API design, including resource modelling, versioning, and authentication.
• Solid grounding in HTML5, CSS3, and web component architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams encompassing engineering and quality roles.
• Strong background in modern software engineering practices for large-scale enterprise products.
• Experience with open source tools and agile development environments.
